Why Owners Choose

Barmoor Castle

Space You Can Actually Feel.

200 acres of grounds. Over 20,000 trees. Room to breathe between every home where most parks pack you in. We give you the space to walk for an hour and not see another soul if you don't want to.

A Family-Run Park, Not a Corporation.

Owners-only. No arcades. No day visitors. No commercial noise. Three generations of the Lamb family have built Barmoor with one question in mind: is this what our owners would want? That makes all the difference.

The Best of Northumberland on Your Doorstep.

Bamburgh beach, Holy Island, the Cheviot Hills, and historic Berwick-upon-Tweed, all within 30 minutes. Coast one way, countryside the other. You'll never run out of places to explore.

Your Questions,

Answered

Is the open day really free to attend?

Yes, completely. No entry fee, no hidden costs, and no obligation to buy anything. Refreshments are on us throughout the day.

Do I have to be ready to buy a holiday home?

Not at all. Most of our visitors come simply to explore the idea. Some leave as owners, many leave with information to think it over. Both are welcome.

Can I bring my family?

Absolutely. Bring partners, children, parents, anyone who'd be part of the decision. Just let us know your party size when you book.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, free parking is available directly at the park. Directions will be sent with your confirmation email.

How long does a visit take?

Plan for around 60 to 90 minutes. You're welcome to stay longer to enjoy the grounds and woodland walks once your tour is complete.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes, well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome across the park.

What if I can't make any of the dates?

Get in touch and we'll arrange a private VIP visit at a time that suits you.
